Non-Refundable Services: Once subscribed, all charges are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for monthly, quarterly, yearly, and multi-year subscriptions. Our commitment is to deliver ongoing value through our services, ensuring your investment enhances your marketing strategies.
Subscription Renewals: To avoid any interruptions in service, all subscriptions automatically renew on their respective renewal dates as per the original date of purchase. We strive to provide continuous service so you can focus on what matters most—growing your business.
Cancellation Process: You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply send a written notice to support@freeadverts.cloud. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or years of service upon cancellation.
Outstanding Payments: For first-time users, if payment remains outstanding for more than fifteen (15) days from the activation date of the services, or more than one (1) day for auto-renewal cases, FreeAdverts Limited reserves the right to cancel the subscription.
